Tao Xu is a renowned Chinese scientist currently affiliated with the Institute of Biophysics (IBP), which is a part of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). With a strong focus on molecular and cellular biology, Tao Xu's research primarily revolves around the mechanisms of insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells and the molecular basis of synaptic vesicle exocytosis.
