The Nomination Committee is mandated to scrutinize and adjudicate upon the credentials of directorial candidates and any accompanying recommendations, a minimum of six (6) months before elections. Four (4) months in advance, the committee shall proffer a roster of available positions and successfully vetted candidates for Secretariat review. This list shall be finalized and submitted to the Executive Committee no less than thirty (30) days before elections.
